It was only when I discovered the profound intersection of practical coaching tools and energy healing that everything shifted. I found my way back to myself — and I became fiercely passionate about helping others do the same.

Hitting Rock Bottom
After years of living for others and ignoring my own needs, I found myself utterly depleted — emotionally, physically, and spiritually. That rock bottom became the foundation everything was built upon.
Finding Energy Healing
My first Reiki session changed everything. For the first time in years, I felt something shift — a release, a peace, an opening. I knew immediately this was not only my healing path, but my purpose.
Becoming Certified
I immersed myself in years of training — ICF-accredited coaching, Reiki mastery, NLP, EFT, and trauma-informed practice. I wanted to offer the very best, most holistic support possible.
Get Healed Within Is Born
I launched Get Healed Within with one clear mission: to make holistic healing and life coaching accessible to anyone, anywhere, who is ready to choose themselves. Today, that community has grown to 500+ lives transformed globally.
