By accessing or using the Get Healed Within website at gethealedwithin.com, creating an account, booking a session or workshop, enrolling in a programme, or purchasing any product or service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
• You agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms
• You are entering into this agreement freely and voluntarily

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Get Healed Within provides a range of holistic healing and personal development services. These include:

All coaching and healing sessions are conducted remotely via Zoom unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and understand that:

• Get Healed Within does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical, mental, or emotional health condition or disease
• Life coaching focuses on goal-setting, mindset, empowerment, and personal growth — it is forward-looking and action-oriented
• Reiki, EFT, NLP, and Ho'oponopono are complementary wellness practices intended to support overall wellbeing and personal development
• You remain solely responsible for your own health, wellbeing, and any decisions you make as a result of our sessions
• If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, severe trauma, or a medical emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately

You are encouraged to continue working with any licensed medical or mental health professionals alongside your coaching or healing work with us. Our services are designed to complement, not replace, professional care.

Discovery Call: The initial discovery call is offered free of charge. It is an opportunity for us to explore whether working together is a good fit — it does not constitute the beginning of a formal coaching engagement.

Coaching Packages: All coaching packages are invoiced in advance of the programme commencement. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed payment or deposit. We accept payment via the methods listed on our booking confirmation.

Workshops: Workshop bookings are confirmed upon completion of the booking form. Payment, where applicable, is due in advance. An unpaid booking does not guarantee your spot.

Prices: All prices displayed on our website are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change; any change will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid.

Taxes: Where applicable, taxes may be added to your invoice in accordance with local laws. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your country of residence.

Coaching sessions:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no charge
• Cancellations within 24–48 hours of the session will result in loss of that session credit
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows are non-refundable and the session credit is forfeited
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to practitioner illness or emergency; in such cases we will offer you the next available slot at no extra charge

Workshops:

• Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before the workshop start time
• Cancellations within 48 hours receive a credit toward any future workshop of equal or lesser value
• Workshop spots are non-transferable to another person without prior written approval
• In the event that a workshop is cancelled by Get Healed Within, all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date

Online courses and digital products: Due to the immediate digital nature of online course access, sales are generally final once access has been granted. Please refer to the specific product listing for any exceptions.

To create a safe, productive, and respectful healing space for everyone, you agree to the following:

• Honesty: You will be as honest and open as you are comfortable being. Coaching and healing are most effective when you engage authentically
• Commitment: You will attend sessions on time and come prepared. You acknowledge that the results of coaching depend in large part on your own effort, engagement, and willingness to do the work
• Respect: You will treat Get Healed Within and all other workshop participants with respect, dignity, and kindness at all times
• Personal responsibility: You take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Coaching provides tools and guidance — you are the one who chooses how to apply them
• No recording: You will not record, screenshot, or otherwise capture any private 1:1 session without prior written consent
• Appropriate use: You will not use our services, content, or community spaces to promote other businesses, spam other participants, or engage in any form of harassment

We reserve the right to terminate the coaching relationship or remove a participant from a group programme at any time if these responsibilities are not upheld. In such cases, a pro-rata refund for unused sessions may be offered at our discretion.

All content on the Get Healed Within website and in our programmes — including but not limited to text, articles, blog posts, guided meditations, affirmation decks, workbooks, video recordings, course materials, workshop slides, and visual designs — is the intellectual property of Get Healed Within and is protected by copyright law.

You may:

• Access and use content for your own personal healing and growth journey
• Share links to our public web pages on social media or with friends
• Use course or workshop materials exclusively for your own private use

You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any course materials, workshop content, or proprietary techniques without written permission
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content or materials from Get Healed Within
• Claim authorship of any content created by Get Healed Within
• Use our brand name, logo, or trademarked terms without express written consent

Violations of our intellectual property rights may result in legal action. If you wish to collaborate, share our content, or obtain a licence for any materials, please contact us at contact@gethealedwithin.com.

When you book a place in any Get Healed Within workshop or group programme, the following additional terms apply:

• Group confidentiality: What is shared in a group session stays in that group. All participants are asked to honour the privacy and vulnerability of others. We request that you do not share identifying details of other participants outside the group space
• Group size: Workshops are intentionally kept small (maximum 20 participants) to maintain an intimate, supportive environment. Spots are allocated on a first-come, first-paid basis
• Session recordings: Where workshop sessions are recorded, access to the recording is provided to registered participants only for a period of 30 days following the session. Recordings must not be downloaded, shared, or distributed
• Certificates: Certificates of completion for Reiki and NLP workshops are issued to participants who attend the full session. Certificates are not issued for partial attendance without prior arrangement
• Technical requirements: You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection, a functioning camera and microphone, and the ability to access Zoom. Technical difficulties on your end do not entitle you to a refund or replacement session

Our online courses and digital resources (including the Daily Magic Practice programme) are delivered via our website and email. The following terms apply:

• Access to digital courses is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable
• Course access periods, where applicable, are as stated on the course listing page at the time of purchase
• We strive to ensure all course content is accurate and up to date, but we reserve the right to update, revise, or remove content at any time
• Results from our courses and programmes vary by individual. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes — transformation requires genuine engagement and personal effort
• The Daily Magic Practice 21-day programme is offered free of charge; access may be revoked for misuse or disrespectful behaviour in the community

Get Healed Within and its practitioners, employees, and affiliates will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, our website, services, or digital products
• Any decisions, actions, or life changes you make as a result of coaching or healing sessions
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors on our website or third-party platforms (including Zoom)
• Outcomes of any healing practice, including but not limited to Reiki, EFT, NLP, or Ho'oponopono
• Any emotional responses or experiences that arise during or after a healing session

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Get Healed Within in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are committed to holding everything you share in our coaching relationship in the strictest confidence. Your personal story, challenges, breakthroughs, and session content will never be shared without your consent — except in the following limited circumstances required by law or professional ethics:

• Where you disclose an intention to harm yourself or another person
• Where we are required to disclose information by a court order or applicable law
• Where anonymised case details are discussed with our professional supervisor solely for quality assurance (no identifying information is ever shared)

In return, we ask that you also respect the confidentiality of any practitioner materials, session frameworks, proprietary tools, or other intellectual content shared with you during the course of our work together.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes affecting active clients, we will provide notice via email.

Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Get Healed Within operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, followed by mediation if necessary.
